"Today, May 11, 2009, I purchased a rear tire over the phone from your Parts Dept and had no trouble at all. Person who helped me was knowledgeable and quite courteous and set my tire back until it was needed in the Service Dept...
I have not been treated so well in ANY Service Department for any vehicle before (been driving for almost 40 years). I was taken care of as soon as I entered the Service area. The paperwork was minimal & easy. While I was waiting three different people from the counter asked me if I needed assistance. When my machine was ready I received some advise about my battery--with NO pressure to buy a battery right now (which I very much appreciated!). The checkout process was quick and painless (you beat some competitor prices on the same tire and mounting). Something was not right as I rode for home...my bike would not idle. I turned around & returned to the shop where my service tech pushed by bike into the shop, made adjustments & got me right back on the road with no hassle.
I like my good old 1983 Yamaha 750 Maxim. But when I trade for a new bike, I will deal with Newgate Motorsports. You have won a loyal customer today. John Parsley"
